Terms of exchange and return of goods
Products purchased in the Lirik Solar online store are subject to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". In accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, which are not subject to return and exchange.
To avoid misunderstandings, please read the exchange or return policy carefully.
In the legislation of Ukraine, there may be two legitimate reasons for which you can return or exchange the product:
Improper quality of the product: if the product does not meet the quality declared by the manufacturer (the product is defective, has significant defects that make its use impossible (the fault of the manufacturing company or the supplier company)). Adequate product quality: the product fully meets all requirements, but for some reason the buyer is not satisfied.
Rules for exchange or return of good quality goods.
If you purchased a product from us that meets the stated quality, meets all requirements, but does not satisfy you in terms of shape, color, dimensions, style or for other reasons cannot be used by you for its intended purpose - you have the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the moment of its purchase in the "Lirik Solar" online store.
Goods can be exchanged/returned if:
- the product is not used;
- the sales form of the purchase is preserved;
- preserved consumer properties, seals, labels;
- all documents received from the seller are saved
What do these points mean?
Item has not been used: All electronic and digital devices are shipped from the manufacturer with default software. During the inspection of the product by an authorized service center, if third-party programs, changes in settings, traces of use (downloaded files, videos, photos, etc.) are detected, the ASC and the store may exercise the right to refuse the customer.
Product appearance of the purchase: the new product sold in the store has a new appearance without mechanical damage. Also, the product has factory packaging and protective films. Please remember that when returning the product, it must be free of any scuffs and scratches; and the packaging and protective films must not be damaged.
Seals and labels must also be in place. A broken seal can cost you a refusal to return the product or a refusal to service the device under warranty!
All documents received from the seller must also be kept.
Violation of any of these points may be grounds for refusal to exchange or return the product!
Rules for exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality.
Diagnostics and determination of the status of inadequate product quality is carried out by an authorized service center. This means that before a decision is made to exchange the product or return the money for the product to the client, it must first be sent to the ASC.
The buyer can return the product of inadequate quality if the defects are significant and were caused by the fault of the manufacturer.
You can return a product of inadequate quality (or exchange it for another) if the following conditions are met:
- the product is significantly damaged (defective) due to the fault of the seller and cannot be used for its intended purpose;
- the product has not been used and is fully equipped;
- a settlement document is available
If the defects are insignificant, the buyer has the right to eliminate them free of charge within the established legal term.
Defects caused by incorrect operation are also eliminated at the buyer's expense.
According to the legislation, when returning the goods, settlements with the buyer are carried out based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase.
Money for the goods, paid by card or by non-cash settlement, is returned in the same way, based on the buyer's statement and details in it.
If the payment is available, the refund is made in a convenient way for the buyer, indicated by him in the application.
If the goods were pre-paid, but upon receipt, the buyer unilaterally refused the goods without valid reasons, which entailed additional costs of the seller (paid storage, return delivery), then the refund can be made after deducting the amount of additional costs of the seller.
Refunds are made within the time period agreed upon by the parties, but no later than 7 days after receiving the goods and a written request for return.
In accordance with the current law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", goods purchased at a discount during the promotion period are not subject to return, except in cases where the buyer discovers that the goods are defective. But we can meet and you can exchange the product for a similar or another one, for the same amount. Transportation costs are paid by the buyer.
